Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the rajabajee platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and rajabajee. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the rajabajee platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of rajabajee, including visitors who browse the platform without registering, registered members who have not yet made a deposit, and active players who use the platform's games and betting services. Your continued use of rajabajee after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 2

Eligibility

To register and use rajabajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Rajabajee reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of these requirements at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from rajabajee.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a rajabajee employee in a role that involves access to platform operations or game outcomes.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on rajabajee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your rajabajee account with any other person.
• You must notify rajabajee immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Rajabajee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Section 4

Deposits and Payments

Rajabajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though rajabajee reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where required for compliance or security reasons.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Rajabajee does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your rajabajee account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Rajabajee does not accept cryptocurrency or international card payments at this time.
• Deposited funds are held in your rajabajee wallet and can only be used for gameplay on the platform.
• Rajabajee reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

Section 5

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Rajabajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. Rajabajee will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method as your last deposit.
• You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Rajabajee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

Rajabajee offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The general bonus terms set out here apply to all rajabajee promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Rajabajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If rajabajee determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

Section 7

Gameplay Rules

All games available on rajabajee use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The published return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage and are not a guarantee of individual session results. Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and settled.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — rajabajee will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet amount for the affected round will be returned to your wallet. Rajabajee's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced by rajabajee or any third party.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. You cannot cancel a bet once it has been confirmed.
• In the event of a game error, rajabajee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games on rajabajee is strictly prohibited.
• Rajabajee reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on rajabajee. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account on rajabajee.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or transact.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using rajabajee to process funds from illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rajabajee staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

Rajabajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods: temporarily restrict access to your account for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or temporarily block access to your rajabajee account.
• Reality checks: periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

Section 10

Account Suspension and Closure

Rajabajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or a request from the account holder.

• Accounts suspended for breach of terms will have their balances reviewed before any funds are returned.
• Accounts closed at the player's request will have their verified balance returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.
• Rajabajee may place a temporary hold on an account pending investigation without prior notice.
• Players who have been permanently excluded from rajabajee may not re-register under any circumstances.
• Rajabajee will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a legitimate account suspension.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajabajee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Rajabajee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Rajabajee is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside of our control.

• Rajabajee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
• Rajabajee is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party providers.
• Nothing in these terms limits rajabajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to These Terms

Rajabajee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of rajabajee after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
